To submit a loan, follow these steps:
| 1. | Print Loan Package - Download and print out a copy of the appropriate full loan package below.
This package includes an upfront checklist as well as all of the necessary documents.

| 2. | Title and BPO - We require a preliminary title report and BPO for all our loans, which we order as part of our standard practice. However, if you wish to expedite the process or preview these documents, you may order them from our preferred providers, Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation and Advantage Valuation. | 3. | Complete Documents - Work with your borrower to complete and sign all of the required documents detailed on the Full Package Checklist. | |
| 4. | Submit Loan Package - You may now submit your loan either electronically or manually.
Electronic Submissions To submit your loan electronically, just login in the upper right-hand corner of this web site with your username and password. After logging in, click on the link under "Submit a New Loan" to get started. If you do not have a username and password, please contact us at (877) 568-7017 and we'll get you one right away. Manual Submissions If you prefer to submit your loan manually, you may fax it to us at (877) 568-7017 or send via T-Box or overnight mail. | |
| 5. | Conditional Approval - You will receive conditional approval within 24 hours of submitting a complete loan package, along with PDF files of any required documents - so you have everything you need upfront. And, you can upload documents to satisfy outstanding conditions right from your computer. Click here for detailed instructions. | |
| 6. | Track Your Loan - With our Online Loan Management System, you can view the status of your
submitted loans at any time. Just login in the upper right-hand corner of this Web site to view your submitted
loans. We will also send email updates as your loan progresses through the funding process.
