Management Team

Martin Goodman, Founder and President
Mr. Goodman has over fifteen years experience as a business entrepreneur including direct sales, marketing, and
systems development. He is founder of Residential Capital, L.P. and the Residential Capital Mortgage Income Fund
LLC (www.ResCapFunds.com). Prior to operating his lending
business and launching the mortgage fund, Mr. Goodman was in real estate re-development where he purchased and
resold more than 500 residential properties for his various businesses.
He is a graduate of Miami University (Oxford, OH), where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1984 with a B.S. in Business,
and he earned an MBA from the University of San Diego in 1997, graduating Valedictorian of his class. He holds a
California Department of Real Estate Broker's License, California Finance Lender Licenses (603-9041, 603-9039,
603-9952), and California Department of Corporations Securities Permit (#309-3236).
Mr. Goodman published two books in 2006, Earning High Yield in a Low Yield World and Delinquency Dollars: A Loan
Officer's Guide to Beating Foreclosure. Both books are available at

He is an active member of several organizations, including the California Mortgage Association, the California
Association of Mortgage Brokers, and the California Association of Realtors. Martin is also an active philanthropist
and founded the Residential Capital Foundation, non-profit organization which supports youth and families in need.

Mike Driscoll, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Driscoll began his business career in 1978 with the international accounting firm of Arthur Young and Company where
he developed an expertise in the real estate industry while serving clients such as Century 21 and Red Carpet Realty.
Since then he has held senior management positions at various companies that have developed a broad range of properties
ranging from $100 million high rises in San Francisco’s financial district to commercial and industrial buildings in the
states of California and Washington.
Immediately prior to joining Residential Capital, Mr. Driscoll was CFO for McMillan Capital where he was active in managing
their private equity real estate funds that invested primarily in residential and commercial development projects in
California and Texas.
Mr. Driscoll graduated Cum Laude from Loyola Marymount University in 1978 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting.
He currently resides in Encinitas, CA with his wife and two children.

Sheri Harvey, VP of Wholesale Lending
As Vice President of Wholesale Lending, Ms. Harvey leads the company's experienced sales team, hires and trains staff,
builds broker relationships, and oversees loan originations.
Ms. Harvey has more than 10 years experience in the real estate and financial service industries, working for a variety
of institutions including Chase Home Finance, Oakmont Mortgage and Hilltop Financial. She has a wide range of experience
through positions as loan officer, account executive and sales manager. Prior to joining Residential Capital, she was
wholesale regional sales manager at Master Financial where she was responsible for loan origination in the northern
California region.

Leslie Kendis, VP of Human Resources
Since establishing Leslie Carter and Associates (LCA) in 1982, Ms. Kendis has been providing Market Development, Project
Management, Organizational Design and Staffing expertise to corporations and non-profit organizations throughout California.
Ms. Kendis' initial entrée into the California marketplace was with the Canadian Consulate General in San Francisco. As a
Foreign Service Officer assigned to the Department of Trade and Commerce, she was responsible for the development and
implementation of strategic marketing initiatives focusing on U.S.-Canadian joint-venture alliances as well as U.S. market
development for Canadian Consumer Goods, Electronics, Agriculture, Performing Arts and Education.
Subsequent to her tenure with the Canadian Government, Ms. Kendis held corporate positions as Manager of Administration
and Community Relations with Buttes Gas & Oil in Oakland, Director of Business Development and Consulting Services for
Technical Staffing Associates, Principal of Leslie Carter & Associates, and Director of Human Resources for Postal
Buddy Corporation of San Diego. In 1993, Ms. Kendis co-founded Randall Wilcox Publishing, a publishing company
specializing in customized printed consumer gift products and limited-run books.
Ms. Kendis received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Alberta.
